Staff is really friendly and helpful, so you’re in good hands. Rooms are regularly cleaned so general feeling is that everything is tidy and clean. Restaurant at the sixth floor offers, nice view and some variety of the food. Swimming pool and spa area is definitely for recommendation.

The front desk staff were kind, sincere, and professional. Even though I don’t speak English well, they helped me patiently and clearly. Also, the person at the pool reception gave me a great explanation of the facilities, so I could really enjoy the pool and sauna. The hamburger from room service was delicious.

The location is great, very central, and easy to get to most places. I got upgraded to a bigger room for free, surprised with a fruit basket and handwritten welcome card. Breakfast selection is ok, could be improved. Bed and pillows were superb!

This is where we stayed max in our trip and we all loved it . The rooms are big ,spacious ,good decor, with all facilities. You should stay here for sure.Staff was courteous ,helpful, fast, resourceful. Monica restaurant staff.. cheers to you all ..Very very good service and make the guest comfotable and take care of their needs.The singers for dinner were awesome and sang 2 hindi songs also for us. Finally the Saxophone was soothing for morning Bfast. you can find a supermarket in 100m distance. Indian restaurants, RaajKapoor and curry lane are also near .

It is a newbuild hotel with convenient location and all facilities required. The staff is friendly, the ladies clean the room twice a day, the bed is comfy and the noice isolation is perfect. Wellness centre is available for free to the guests which a bonus. A kettle in the room ads value too! :)
